Our Art Department is one of the most advanced in the industry, we have upgraded constantly over the last 45 years to offer our customers the best quality. Buckley Graphics does all pre-press in-house to control the process and tailor the graphics to work specifically with our presses, inks and plates.
Buckley Graphics Mac’s, PC’s and UNIX based computers handle advanced proofing, color correcting and graphic manipulation. We have the ability to generate and print up to 300 line screens.
Laser imaging is extremely accurate and fast. It eliminates the need for photographic film and all the associated chemicals.
The old method of developing (washing out) the printing plate is being phased out due to the chemicals required.
The new method we use developing the printing plate does not require chemicals and the process reduces the time from three and a half hours down to an amazing forty five minutes.
After the customers artwork is received the team at Buckley Graphics goes to work using all the tools accumulated over our 45 year history, the proofs, plates, spec sheets and artwork are sent to the press room.
